Based in Bengaluru India, Vibhuti is an established and accredited Global Executive Coach ACC, ICF and Facilitator for senior leaders. With more than 20 years' experience in working with global clients in the banking and financial services sectors, she has worked across India and South East Asia.
Her passion for her work shapes a very personable approach that helps her quickly build rapport with people. As a trained performer, Vibhuti's sense of personal presence, energy and close attention to detail enable her to accurately understand clients' needs and deliver the outcomes they seek. Recognised as a Seasoned Women leader herself, Vibhuti has coached and mentored several senior women in their leadership journeys.
She particularly enjoys coaching, facilitation and designing high impact programs relating to influence, executive presence, personal branding, and leadership. She's equally at home working with senior executives or with younger generations, from across geographies and cultures.
Vibhuti has extensive experience across retail, IT, ITES, customer service, hospitality, banking and finance, motor industry, aerospace, logistics, energy, manufacturing and education. She is a certified NLP practitioner, Certified Dale Carnegie facilitator and an Extended DISC administrator.
