A bit about Samuel

Samuel is extremely passionate about developing people. He believes that every individual has a great inner potential which once identified can be unleashed to enable them to live their lives to their fullest. This inner potential is only discoverable when a person can identify their life priorities. He believes in the power of simplicity in designing and facilitating learning interventions - so that they connect with people and inspire them to change with conviction and for a meaningful purpose. Samuel’s strength is to make others feel secure so that they are inspired to be a better person.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Statistics and has since completed an MBA degree with advanced certification in Operation Management. He’s also a certified Black Belt Six Sigma practitioner, EQ-i 2.0, Coaching, Master Business Practitioner NLP, Silva UltraMind, iWAM, Point of You (Expert) and DISC.

He has over 18 years experience in banking, market research, information technology and quality improvement. He was the Head of Learning for a large multi-national company as well as a member of the Regional Learning Management team, providing learning activities to more than 3,000 employees. He was also responsible for the Development Strategy and Learning Solutions for the employees.

Samuel has supported multinational corporations in preparing their workforce going through change and restructuring. He has designed and delivered programs both for individual contributors and people managers.

His areas of expertise are emotional intelligence, change, leadership, communication, and quality improvement/reengineering. In addition to his busy schedule, he provides coaching and counselling for individuals and couples pro-bono. He is also building and leading a small church community.
