Eva was an extremely focused coach, able to dissect information, identify topics and steer conversation, giving prompts and encouragement when necessary. Eva was able to help me identify when I was being self-critical, jumping to conclusions or catastrophising. I have seen progressive improvement in my assertiveness to communicate my needs in the workplace and I would 100% recommend Eva.
